This is a fun altered Printer's Tray box I have done to get in a Christmas spirit.

Dreamweaver Stencil with Crackle Paste and some color brushed on top.  Add a bottle of snow, some mosaic tiles and Goosebumps from Tsukineko, you have a fun area created!

New Posting...Finally

Hi all!  Yes, finally doing a new post.  Life has gotten super busy and Maggie and are having a great time planning!  So since I have last posted...

• Collecting Items for an Auction to benefit Joplin
• Setting up a store on Art Fire
• Clearing out MORE STAMPS FOR SALE
• Starting business with a long time friend
• Creating

• Creating!!!!

So I am just going to post some of the new things I have been doing.  I painted my first face...

I did my first Encaustic with just wax and tools to actually manipulate the wax, not just paint it on...

Made a necklace for my mom.....

Made a fun frame:

And did some cool keepsake/jewelry boxes...

So I hope you have enjoyed the new photos!  Hope to post much sooner next time!

New Posting...Finally

Dreamweaver Stencils and Joplin Relief

I have been very absent for a bit but wanted to share a Dreamweaver Stencil card.  I have been having so much fun playing with metal fro Mercart!  I have just been having too much fun with new designs to be shown at CHA!  This is an older design done with a new twist!  Zentangle is is a new fade in the industry and it is a lot of fun.  Hopefully some of my cards will be in a new Zentangle book being published by Design Originals!  

Also...don't forget the upcoming event....

I personally live about an hour away from Joplin, MO. I am wanting the art community to band together to raise money for this terrible disaster. If you have not heard, the death toll is now at 116. I am asking for donations of anything. The sale/auction will take place right before CHA summer or following so I can get more items for auction. I am working on a certificate of sorts for you to display in your booth if you are a vendor in Chicago or if you have helped in any way. There will be a list of all people that have donated. There is not a donation that is too large or small. There may be some items bundled.




If you have items you would like to donate them send to me . I will be posting on my blog and encouraging others to post as well.
