Love Today, Love Today!

Hi Everyone:
After reading all the notes for the Pink Journey Cartridge, I wanted to celebrate you, your strength and courage!
Your stories have touched all of us and wants to thank you for sharing them with us.

My boss gave me pics of her twins to scrap and have been procrastinating for a while, yeah :(.  After reading your stories I was inspired to scrap them, and honor all of you by using pink.

As I turned on music to get a little mood going. This song by Mika Love Today, Love Today had me so inspired. I have to warn you it's a catchy tune now it stuck in my head LOL..
I used the song  for my title. "TODAY"
I left plenty of space for her to journal....

Supply list:
Cosmo Cricket, Provo Craft Storybook, Cuttlebug Machine, Victoria Embossing folder, Sizzix die, K& Co gems, Color bok chalk

What catchy tune has inspired your lay outs or title?

Here's the video on you tube here

The month of October we are giving away the Pink Journey, leave a comment on each event for a chance to win.
Here's the first even here,  don't forget to sign up as a follower :)

Have a fantastic week,
maggie-sig

Beautiful LO. I'm having a hard time thinking of a specific instance when a song has inspired my layout, but I know I've used song lyrics or titles in my journaling titles in the past.

Little Wonder by Rob Thomas. I listened to it the first time when my little girl was in surgery (cancer). Waiting for the surgeon to finish, I listened to that song, over and over again, writing the lyrics, so I'd never forget. I listen to that a lot when i am working on pages of her journey. It always makes me cry but helps me realize how short life is!

Beautiful layout. I'm not sure I've had a song inspire my layouts. Maybe I have, just can't think of any right now.

Thanks for the inspiration!

Love the Layout!! Thanks for all the great tutorials and inspiration. I definitely think this is one of the most important cartridges that PC has came out with.. It should be available seperately.. Added your blinkie to my blog.. http://cher-chersscrapbookingblog.blogspot.com/
