Betty Brett: Design Team Coordinator
My name is Betty Brett, also known as BettyBee, and I have been a crafter all of my life. My education was in the Arts and now I teach at a 6 - 12 grade charter school for the Arts. I began scrapbooking about 12 years ago and have evolved from cutting my photos and putting stickers on the pages to creating books to be published. About two years ago, I became an avid card maker, stamper and illustrator. I have had my Cricuts for several years, and now teach classes about the Cricut, Cuttlebug, and Copics. I host several large Cricut swarms each year. It has been my pleasure to also be on the Cuttlebug Challenge Design Team for the past year. I live on the sunny west coast of Florida with my hubby and two big kitties. We have three married children and love to travel to see our 5 grandchildren. Visit Betty at her blog: Betty Bee’s Buzz

Hi, I am Diane. I have enjoyed paper and paper crafting since my childhood. My fascination with paper began with trips to the stationers with my mother and continued with a grade school report on origami. I have two sons, ages 20 and 24, and I share an “empty nest” with my husband of 28 years, who is very patient with my paper obsession. We currently live in the Boston area, but we lived overseas for eight years in Germany and England. I retired from practicing law when we moved overseas.
I am always happy when I am designing and I find the process of creating a scrapbook page or a card, by using various elements in new and different ways, to be rewarding and relaxing. Over the years, I have done cross stitch, needlepoint and quilting and I find that some of these interests have influenced my designs and paper crafting projects. I particularly enjoy designing .cut files for the Cricut electronic cutter.

I have truly been obsessed with scrapbooking since 2002! There is not one aspect of it that I haven't tried and explored! How did the passionate scrapbooking affair begin? Well, like most people, it all started at one of those Creative Memories parties a long time ago, in a galaxy far, far away. Quickly, I discovered that there were tons of options in the scrapbooking world, including a myriad of paper manufacturers, classes, conventions, die cutters, album designs, digital scrapbooking; you name it. I wanted to know about it and try it! I decided to bring my passionate talk about scrapping to the internet in the form of my first blog: Obsessed with Scrapbooking. Then, this past July, I launched the Christmas with the Cricut blog along with two fabulous scrappers: Tammy Skinner and Melanie Brown. We are having a great time counting down to Christmas! I started my grown-up life as a civil engineer, overseeing all aspects of gas station and convenience store construction for Mobil and Circle K. Now, I am an at-home domestic engineer having fun creating with my Cricut day and night. Currently, I live in Plano, Texas with my husband Brian, two wonderful exciting kids as well as two cats.
