Review: Shimmerz Paints with a prize!

Hi and Welcome!! I'm Danielle and I am very excited to be able to share some fun products with you today. I have been a part of the Shimmerz team for quite a while and this is a product that I believe in with all of my heart.
Shimmerz come in little jars that are pre-mixed. That means there is no messy mixing and you can use the very highly iridescent water based paints. They are non-toxic, quick drying and will stick to nearly any surface. . . even on glossy or non-porous surfaces, making it perfect for use on acetate or metal. I have also used them on fabric, Thickers, glass, and ribbon. They are proudly made in the USA and will never be outsourced. I am also very proud to be the Design Team Coordinator.
Shimmerz will breath life and add deeper dimension to your paper crafts. The only limitation on the versatility of this product is your own imagination!
Shimmerz comes in 3 different unique products.
  1. The first product is Shimmerz. Coming in a wide variety of beautiful colors, Shimmerz is the key to adding a little or a lot of shimmery effects. Blingz....oh beautiful Blingz! One noted that it is like Shimmerz on steroids!!! Hows that for some Shimmer? Our newest release is ShimmerzSpritz. This yummy spray on shimmerzcan be used on paper for an all over affect, or flowers, and they work so well with masks. Here are a few examples of projects that I have created.
This is a picture of my little babu (ok) he is almost 5 but he will always be my baby. I used Royal Red Shimmerz. Can you tell where?
I used two coats of Royal Red along the brackets. I wanted to give it such enough shimmer without taking away from e meaning behind the photo.

This card reminds me of Spring (as we head into winter). As soon as I saw the sun, I knew that I wanted to use the Sunny Yellow Shimmerz....Yes, very original.

This is a sweet Valentine's Day Card. I love hearts and paints, so when I can mix the two it's great :)

First, I covered a piece of Maya Road chipboard heart with Tim Holtz Crackle Paint. I used a semi thick coating. Once dried, I added Ruby Spritz and Baby's Breath Spritz,

Each project that I created was very simple, and the paints went on very smoothly. Investing in a good set of brushes. Some really inexpensive mediums to use as when painting are sponge tip brushes, q-tips and even cosmetic wedges there so many possibilities of creations . Shimmerz now has a Flickr group, so make sure and come over and upload t We can't wait to see what you create.
